In the first sourdough course<\/span><\/a>, we teach you how to care for your new sourdough starter and use it to make crackers and English muffins. The second bread course<\/a><\/span> is where we go over the two-day process to make a true artisan loaf of sourdough bread and then add flavors and decorations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
