This recipe is to feed around 4 people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 pound Cube Steak (or top round,top sirloin flattened and tenderized)<\/li><li>2 eggs<\/li><li>\u00bc cup of milk<\/li><li>2 teaspoons divided Salt<\/li><li>2 teaspoons divided Pepper<\/li><li>2 teaspoons divided Garlic salt or Krista Seasoning<\/li><li>1 \u00bd cup bread crumbs or crushed crackers or chips<\/li><li>1 cup flour<\/li><li>\u00bd cup oil or crisco<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pound out meat to tenderize even if it is cubed steak season with \u00bd teaspoon of spices<br>In small container crack eggs and add milk mix together and season with \u00bd teaspoon of each spice.<br>In small container add flour and season with \u00bd teaspoon of spices<br>In small container add bread crumbs and season with \u00bd teaspoon of spices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take meat and pat dry then dip in flour, shake off excess flour then dip in egg milk and then dip in bread crumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat on medium high, add oil and fry steak. Don\u2019t flip the steak until the first side is brown, about 3 minute on each side. Place on Plate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gravy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 tablespoons of fat (drippings and left over oil)<\/li><li>4 tablespoons of flour<\/li><li>\u00be cup of evaporated milk<\/li><li>2 cups of water<\/li><li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook chicken fried steak in a pan to save drippings and oil.\u00a0 Add flour to make a roux stir cooking flour for 1 to 2 more minutes to get the flour taste out.\u00a0 Add 2 cups of room temperature water and stir until smooth consistency. After smooth add evaporated milk.\u00a0 Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.
