2 Cups sugar
1 Cup cold butter grated with a cheese grater<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mix all together and save 1 Cup for later<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add to the balance of crumb mixture:
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 Cups buttermilk

(to make Pumpkin Spice cake add 2 cups raw grated pumpkin)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mix together and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs over the top and bake in a 350 \u2109 oven for 40 to 50 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
