Line a 13&#215;18 sheet pan with parchment paper, foil or silicon pan liner, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Using an electric mixer at medium speed, beat together the butter, and sugars about 2 minutes until it is smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the eggs and vanilla and mix on low speed until mixed in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt then add into mixer and mix together until just incorporated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add chocolate chips in and mix until incorporated. Dough will be very thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread thick cookie dough out evenly by dropping spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and spread out with fingers or it helps to spray a rubber spatula with non-stick spray.&nbsp; Dough will spread out while baking, so you don&#8217;t have to get the corners and edges perfect. Sprinkle mini chips to the top of the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Remove and cut into bars.&nbsp; Makes 3-4 dozen bars depending how big you make them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Snicker Doodle Coffee Cake Bars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup of butter very soft<\/li><li>1 1\/2 cups of sugar<\/li><li>3 eggs<\/li><li>1 tablespoon of vanilla<\/li><li>3 cups of flour<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon of salt<\/li><li>3 teaspoon of Baking Powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mix together:<\/li><li>4 Tablespoons of sugar<\/li><li>4 teaspoons of cinnamon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 13&#215;18 sheet pan with parchment paper, foil or silicon pan liner, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
