It will give you a better muffin if they are room temp. In the bowl of your mixture cream together butter and sugar. Add your eggs one at a time and let them incorporate into mixture. Then add your yogurt and vanilla in and mix together. In a seprate bowl mix your flour and baking powder, salt and soda together. Add to mixer and mix until all together. Divide your batter into how ever many flavors you would like to make. Then add your add ins to your bowls If using fruit I like to toss the fruit into a little flour before adding it. It will help keep it from falling to the bottom. Also you can scoop your muffins into the tin and poke add ins into each individual muffin. Bake muffins 400 F for about 20 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean when stuck in the middle of the muffin.

Add in suggestions (for a full batch so cut down amounts if doing multiple flavors)

Blueberry muffins -1 cup blueberries

Lemon Poppy Seed – zest from 2 lemons 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Raspberry white chocolate chip- 1 cup raspberrys and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Cinnamon apple- 1 cup chopped apples 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Ingredients 2 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of butter room temperature 3/4 cup of packed brown sugar 2 large eggs 1/2 cup of yogurt or sour cream or creme fraiche 1 teaspoons of vanilla 1/4 cup of milk (plant based milk […]

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

25,3,26,11,13,12

post-718","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-bread","category-breakfast","category-muffins","category-snacks","category-sweets","category-treats","entry","fw-tab-6 fw-tabr-4","has-featured-image
https://i0.wp.com/grandmaingrids.com/frommykitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/00100trPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20200812103654432_COVER-01-scaled.jpeg?fit=1920%2C2560&ssl=1
["GET
