Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 6 Tablespoons of butter
- ½ Cup of flour
- 2 Cups of milk
- ¾ Cups of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 Cup of coconut
Directions
In a blender add all ingredients except the coconut blend until combined. Then add coconut blend several seconds, pour into a greased and floured 10” pie pan or two 8” pans. Bake 50-60 minutes, 350℉. Pie forms its own crust.
Variations : Add 4 tablespoons cocoa powder to make it chocolate. You can also use plant based milk instead of cows milk. You can also use toasted coconut.
