Sourdough Bread – Artisan Loaf

Come to Grandma Ingrid’s kitchen and learn to make delicious sourdough bread that is crunchy on the outside yet soft and light inside! In this class, we will build on the information you learned in our Sourdough English Muffin & Cracker class, but it’s not required to take that class first. As long as you have some basic cooking skills, you’ll be able to bake an amazing loaf of artisan sourdough bread! Come hungry, because we’ll be serving breakfast at the start of class, enjoying soups for lunch after the class, and lots of delicious Grandma Ingrid’s goodies!

You’ll receive a packet with all instructions and recipes. You will also get to take some of Grandma Ingrid’s 100-year-old sourdough starter home with you to keep in your family for generations to come. The class will end with a seasonal soup served for lunch and plenty of other Grandma Ingrid treats!
