English Muffin & Cracker Class

Come hungry, because breakfast goodies will be served at the start of class! We’ll start off by teaching you everything you’ll need to know to feed and care for your new sourdough starter. Then we’ll demonstrate how to use the starter to make delicious crackers and English Muffins. You’ll then make your own crackers and English Muffins with the help of Grandma Ingrid that you will take home with you, so you can bake and enjoy them later.
You’ll receive a packet with all instructions and recipes. You will also get to take some of Grandma Ingrid’s 100-year-old sourdough starter home with you to keep in your family for generations to come. The class will end with a seasonal soup served for lunch and plenty of other Grandma Ingrid treats!
