Required Materials – You will need to bring 2 large food-safe jars with you to take kimchi/sauerkraut home to finish fermenting them. We recommend either 2 of the 6-quart plastic containers from Smart & Final or 2 of the 2-gallon glass jars from Walmart. You can buy them locally or from Amazon.
