Q: Once I purchase, what happens next?
A: You’ll receive an email from us with your attached recipes, and then a separate email granting you access to the videos. You’ll have to use the email you signed up with to access the videos, but if you would like it on a different YouTube account, contact us and we’ll be happy to switch it over
Q: Do I need to have a PayPal Account to purchase?
A: No just use “pay with a debt/credit card” to checkout as a quest.
Q: How do I watch the videos?
A: When you sign up for the class we give you access to the private videos hosted by YouTube. You must have a YouTube account to access them, but this also gives you the perfect place so you can view your class videos anywhere, on any device, forever.
Q: Can I get a refund for a class?
A: Unfortunately once we send you the files for the class we don’t offer any refunds. If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong class, contact us ASAP
Q: Do you offer any group or student discounts?
A: We do offer group deals and deals for teachers who want to teach a whole class
