Wraps

Makes enough for around 10 people

Ingredients

  • 10 (approx) variety tortillas (red,green,brown,white)
  • ¼ of a pound each
  • ham, sliced lunch meat
  • turkey, sliced lunch meat
  • 1 cans black olives, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 medium red onion,chopped
  • 2 each red,orange and green small bell peppers
  • ½ cup of chopped artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup of chopped pepperoncini
  • ¼ cup of sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ a bunch of cilantro,chopped
  • 2 ounce of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 ounce of alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 ½ cups (approx) shredded cheese mexican style
  • mix all until evenly combined

Cream cheese spread

  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, mixed until smooth
  • 1 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix the filling all together until mixed well. All ingredients are optional. Mix cream cheese spread together until spreadable. Take the tortillas heat a stack in the microwave for 20 seconds just so they roll eaiser. Cover them with a towel. Take one tortilla at a time and spread the cream cheese spread on the tortilla then fill the wrap with the filling and cut in 1/2 and move onto the next tortilla. Can be made the day before then put together before serving.
