Makes enough for around 10 people
Ingredients
- 10 (approx) variety tortillas (red,green,brown,white)
- ¼ of a pound each
- ham, sliced lunch meat
- turkey, sliced lunch meat
- 1 cans black olives, sliced
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 medium red onion,chopped
- 2 each red,orange and green small bell peppers
- ½ cup of chopped artichoke hearts
- ½ cup of chopped pepperoncini
- ¼ cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ a bunch of cilantro,chopped
- 2 ounce of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ounce of alfalfa sprouts
- 1 ½ cups (approx) shredded cheese mexican style
- mix all until evenly combined
Cream cheese spread
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, mixed until smooth
- 1 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix the filling all together until mixed well. All ingredients are optional. Mix cream cheese spread together until spreadable. Take the tortillas heat a stack in the microwave for 20 seconds just so they roll eaiser. Cover them with a towel. Take one tortilla at a time and spread the cream cheese spread on the tortilla then fill the wrap with the filling and cut in 1/2 and move onto the next tortilla. Can be made the day before then put together before serving.
