- 3 tablespoons Knorrs Hollandaise powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cube butter
- 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Large Batch (amount made for class)
- 9 tablespoons Knorrs Hollandaise powder
- 3 cup milk
- 3 cube butter
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
Melt butter and cream cheese then add knorrs powder to melted butter to make a rue. Add remaining ingredients and reduce heat and simmer until hot. Do not boil
