Kimchi & Sauerkraut Class

Come to Grandma Ingrids and learn to make Kimchi and Sauerkraut! These amazing superfoods are full of substantial concentrations of nutrients & gut-loving probiotics!
The class will start with breakfast/delicious treats and instructions from Grandma Ingrid & Nicolle about fermentation. Followed by the hands-on making of your own kimchi and sauerkraut. You’ll also receive a packet with all instructions and recipes. The class will end with a seasonal soup served for lunch and plenty of other Grandma Ingrid treats!
Required Materials – You will need to bring 2 large food-safe jars with you to take kimchi/sauerkraut home to finish fermenting them. We recommend either 2 of the 6-quart plastic containers from Smart & Final or 2 of the 2-gallon glass jars from Walmart. You can buy them locally or through the links.
