Required Materials – You will need to bring 2 large food-safe jars with you to take kimchi/sauerkraut home to finish fermenting them. We recommend either the 6-quart plastic containers from Smart & Final or Amazon or the 2-gallon glass jars from Walmart. If you have questions please feel free to contact us.
