Cheese Crisps
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of Cheese (parmesan or any shredded cheese will work)
- 2 teaspoons of spices
Directions
Mix cheese and any variation of spices. I did bacon, garlic, italian seasoning or plain with no spices. I put approx 2 heaping tablespoons on a sheet pan for the bowls and 1 teaspoon for the small shells. Bake in a oven at 400 F for 5 minutes. Pull out and let cool for a minute until it can be lifted off the tray and place over a bowl or cup to make a cup shape. Don’t let them cool to long before you make a shape with them. Let them cool on the cup then pull of and use to hold a salad.
