Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (or chopped dates)
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup of ground flaxseed (or any kind of seeds or nuts you like)
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- Optional coconut to roll the balls in, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds or sunflower seeds)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into bite size balls. Roll in coconut if doing so then refrigerate to set up.
