Tiramisu Mousse

 

Ingredients

  •  1 1/2 teaspoons of espresso powder
  •  1/4 cup of hot water
  •  1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  •  1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  •  8 ounces of cream cheese
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  •  1 Hershey Candy Bar

Instructions

Place the instant coffee in the hot water and stir. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Beat the heavy whipping cream until it is stiff peaks (whipped cream)

Mix the powdered sugar and cream cheese in your mixer then add vanilla extract and espresso mix.

Fold whipped cream into the coffee mixture gently. Place the tiramisu in a gallon size ziplock bag cut off the end of one corner.

Pipe a layer in the bottom of your dish then put a layer of cocoa powder. Continue layering the tiramisu and cocoa powder. Once you get to the top layer, grate your Hershey chocolate over the top layer. Put the dessert in the fridge covered until you are ready to serve. This dessert you can do the day before and either form it or leave it in the bowl and let it all get cold before piping it.
