Directions
Heat desired amount of vinegar to around 120 degrees F (any kind of vinegar works like white, rice, balsamic, apple cider)
Pour over desired herbs and let sit for around 10 days in a cool dark place.
Strain our herbs and store vinegar.
Simple all purpose vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of flavored vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- any additional herbs you like
- optional 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
In a jar combine ingredients and shake well to combine. Store in fridge. May add sugar if you would like sweeter.
