Meatball Series: Part 1 How to make Homemade Meatballs


Using a 100 scoop server (2 teaspoons) you will get around 300 meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds of Italian Sausage
  • 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 Cups of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 /2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
  • 1 grated onion

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350℉

Variations

Porcupine Meatballs
To above recipe add 1 cup of rice o roni per pound of mixture.

Swedish Meatballs
Leave out Italian spices and parmesan cheese.

Spinach Meatballs
Add 10 oz of Spinach to 1 pound meat mixture.
