Ingredients
- 2 carrots julienned
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons of diced ginger
- 2 ribs of sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced napa cabbage
- 1 cup sliced regular cabbage
- 4 cloves diced garlic
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin
- 1 cup of vegetable stock/chicken/beef or plain water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 package of noodles
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Directions
In a fry pan add canola oil and heat. Add onions, ginger and garlic. Saute for a few minutes then add carrots and celery. Mix up cornstarch and water into a slurry. Add stock, oyster, soy sesame oil and hoisin to vegetables. Add cornstarch slurry. Then add cabbage mix up until it gets a little soft mix in cooked noddles until all mixed together. Taste and add seasoning as needed.
