Ingredients
- 1 pint (2 cups) of heavy cream
- 1 cube (1/2 Cup) of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1/2 -3/4 cups of parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of fresh garlic (crushed) or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted and mixed well. Add the parmesan cheese and garlic. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
